1.3 SUBMITTALS
A. Manuals: before the ultimate review of
the irrigation system, the Contractor shall furnish manuals, to the Owner. The manuals shall contain complete exploded
read drawings, diagrams and spare elements lists of all instrumentality put in
showing elements and catalog numbers. additionally, every service manual shall
contain the following:
1. Index
sheet indicating the Contractor's name, address, and signaling.
2. Copies of
apparatus warranties and certificates.
3. List of
apparatus with names, addresses, and phonephone numbers of native
manufacturer's representatives.
4. Complete
operational and maintenance directions in decent detail to allow operational
personnel to know, operate and maintain all instrumentality put in.
5. Paint and
protecting coatings shall be pictured by sample labels (containing name or
title of materials, manufacturer's stock range, manufacturer's name and
contents by volume, for major pigment and vehicle constituents similarly as
dilution and application instructions).
