Grade Tolerance:  The surface of the finished base shall not vary by over + ten millimetre once tested with a 3-meter hand tool and once placed on, and parallel or perpendicular to the middle line of the road and also the compacted base shall not vary by over + ten millimetre from the desired elevation.  Correct all depressions and humps surpassing the required tolerances.
